The closed e-IRG Delegates Meeting has been organised in Poznan, Poland. The meeting started at 9:00hrs and finished around 16:00hrs. The evening before a closed dinner was served for the delegates only at the Old Market.

How to get to the Venue

Solely for the e-IRG a pre-reservation of 40 single rooms was made at the ANDERSIA Hotel at special rate of 460 zloty (about 110 EUR) per night for the period of 2 nights (12/13th and 13/14th October). Additionally, there were 20 rooms pre-reserved for 14/15th October at the same hotel.
The reservation had to be made at latest 10 days before the date of e-IRG (afterwards the pre-reservation has expired and the hotel imposed their own standard rates).
