    The ERINAA4Africa international conference will be held at the Scandic Marina Congress Centre in Helsinki, Finland 09-10 December 2010. High profile speakers from Africa and EU will highlight the benefits of adopting e-Infrastructures with specific reference on e-Government, e-Security, e-Learning and e-Health.     The 6th BELIEF Brainstorming Workshop - "Global Research Communities: success criteria for future impact"- will be held in Brussels on 24-25 February 2010. The workshop aims at fostering discussions on the impact of e-Infrastructure. In doing so, appropriate methods, impact assessment criteria and tangible metrics are called for, whereas new governance models, regulations and policies need to be established to support such activities in a sustainable manner.

    Cloudscape-II will be held at the Hilton Brussels Hotel in Brussels, Belgium on 22-23 February 2010 and include a Networking Cocktail on 22 February hosted by Microsoft Research. The workshop will continue to explore the guiding principles which surround the importance of interoperability and the openness necessary for the development of grid infrastructures as well as for the advent of cloud. Global standardisation efforts are a key priority and will be highly promoted in Cloudscape-II.
