Computational microscopy needs big supercomputers to study secrets of self-organising cell membranes

GÉANT appoints Erik Huizer as Interim CEO

GÉANT has appointed Erik Huizer as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) effective immediately, replacing Steve Cotter who has left GÉANT by mutual agreement with the GÉANT Association Board. As the result of this appointment, Erik Huizer will temporarily suspend his activities at SURFnet. Once GÉANT has recruited a new permanent CEO, Erik Huizer will resume his position as CTO at SURFnet.

The e-IRG has published the draft of its 2016 Roadmap. It is now requesting comments in an open consultation. It is open for everyone to provide comments. These will be collected and published and used to prepare the final version of the e-IRG Roadmap 2016. The Open Consultation closes on 2016-11-10. The final Roadmap 2016 will be published on 2016-12-05.
